Dynamics Source is looking for contract/contract-to-hire CRM Consultants and ASP.NET / C# Developers with 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, CRM Online and Dynamics CRM SDK experience gained by constructing, implementing and supporting CRM / xRM solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Preference given to career consulting professionals skilled in CRM implementation and having Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.  Qualified candidates offer the required skills and experience as is evidenced by an established track record of successful Dynamics CRM implementations for client organizations.  SharePoint experience, SharePoint WebPart development experience, experience with Dynamics ERP products and Dynamics-related tools like SCRIBE are considered pluses.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a variety of clients to define functional and technical needs.
• Design solutions, estimate effort required and create deployment plans.
• Develop, implement and test solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
• Provide client end-user training.
• Provide on-going client support.
• Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Requirements:

• Extensive architectural, technical and functional experience with Dynamics CRM 4.0.
• Dynamics CRM Certification(s) in Applications, and/or Development.
• Experience developing with CRM SDK, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, XML, SOAP, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, etc.
• Experience working for a consulting organization such as a Microsoft-focused systems integrator or Microsoft VAR.
• Experience handling multiple clients/project simultaneously while providing exceptional, 5-star service to all.
• Flexible schedule with availability as required to accommodate client needs, preferences and delivery schedules.
• Ability to work independently and deliver work of superior quality on time and within established budgets.
• Great customer first – service first attitude.
• Must be U.S. based.

Rate Range: $60-80 per hour
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate

Location: Work remotely from anywhere. Ability to travel to client site as required for project delivery is expected, but travel is generally infrequent.
